On Saturday, October 12th, a group of volunteers took part in a canvassing effort for Marti Deuter, Democratic Candidate for IL State Rep for the 45th District. They knocked doors in the northwest area of Western Springs. The weather was beautiful, and residents were receptive.
Marti has decades of experience guiding public policy in government and nonprofit settings. As a state rep, she vows to expand economic opportunities, protect fundamental rights, focus on gun violence prevention, and more.
